Shipping policy

Most of our items are custom made to order. Production timelines vary depending on the product and decoration method, but most orders ship within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once it’s on the way.

Delivery times

  • Ontario & Québec: usually 1–3 business days after shipping

  • Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days

  • U.S. orders: 5–10 business days depending on customs

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and may vary during peak seasons or due to weather delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed when available.

Local pickup (general)

If you’re near Kemptville, Ontario, you can select local pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready and provide pickup details. Please wait for this notification before coming to collect your order.

School orders

For school store orders, customers will receive an email notification once their order is available for pickup at the school. Each school coordinates its own pickup process, and details will be included in your notification.

Partial shipments

In some cases, we may ship part of your order early if certain items are ready before others. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@ladybugdesigns.ca within 7 days of expected delivery. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it quickly.

Returns

Because every product is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns unless there’s a defect or an error in production. If something isn’t right, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
