This collection is exclusively for Sitecore MVP award recipients. Orders will be validated against the official recipient list before processing.
Eligibility
Only confirmed MVP award recipients are eligible to place orders. Your email address must match our records. Orders from non-eligible individuals will be cancelled and refunded.
Timelines
Please note: Automated delivery estimates in order confirmation emails do not apply to this program. We process orders in three batches:
- Batch 1: Order by February 28th — Ships 3rd week of March
- Batch 2: Order by April 11th — Ships early May
- Batch 3: Order by June 30th (store closes) — Ships end of July
All discount codes expire on June 30th.
Plan accordingly: When placing your order, please ensure someone will be available at your shipping address to receive the package when your batch ships.
Discount Value
Your discount code gives you a value of $140CAD (~$100USD) off your order subtotal. It is a one-time use only code and does not carry a balance (see DISCOUNT CODES) below.
Discount Codes
Your discount code is unique and one-time use only. If you do not use the full value on your first order, there is no balance to use later. Discount codes do not carry a balance.
Order Processing
All orders within a batch window are held until the window closes. Orders are then placed into production together and ship at the same time. You will receive an automatic email notification when your package ships.
Need to Change Your Order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at info@ladybugdesigns.ca. We will cancel your existing order and issue a new discount code assigned to your name.
Shipping, Duties & Taxes
Shipping and import duties are included at no extra charge. However, taxes (where applicable) are calculated during checkout. All prices displayed on this site are tax-exclusive.
Address Line Limits: Our carrier (UPS) restricts address line lengths. All address lines are limited to 35 characters each. Please keep your address concise to avoid delivery issues.
International Orders & Country of Origin
Each product page displays the Country of Origin. It is the purchaser's responsibility to research whether products are permitted for import into their country. We cannot track all international trade regulations and import restrictions.
Important: If customs in your country refuses the package, you risk losing your MVP award (which is included in the shipment). We are not responsible for replacing items refused by customs.
